Privacy Policy

Data we process
We process account identity information, subscription status, registered-computer information, connection status, security and audit events, support communications, and the minimum task data required to route a request and return its result.
Why we process it
We use this data to authenticate customers, enforce subscriptions, register and revoke computers, route requested work, prevent abuse, maintain security, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
Who receives it
Data may be processed by our identity, payment, hosting, networking, email, monitoring, and support providers only as needed to provide the service. Payment-card information is collected by the payment provider and is not received through our MCP tools.
Task content
Task inputs and results may pass through the routing service in memory. We do not retain raw task content by default. The local Windows app and dispatcher may retain customer-controlled history on the customer's computer.
Retention
Account and subscription records are retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterward for billing, security, dispute, and legal purposes. Operational logs are minimized and rotated. Final public retention periods will be stated before launch.
Your controls
Customers can revoke computers, pause routing, cancel a subscription, request account deletion, and contact support for access or correction requests.
Do not submit
Do not send passwords, API keys, MFA or one-time codes, payment-card data, government identifiers, or protected health information through Answered by Steve tools.
