Draft for private testing. These terms must be reviewed before public launch.
What Answered by Steve provides
Answered by Steve provides hosted MCP routing that connects a customer's supported AI assistant to dispatcher software on the customer's own computer. The subscription covers Answered by Steve routing usage only. It does not include AI-provider access or usage, hardware, internet service, or local computing resources.
Price and billing
The standard plan is $9.99 per month until changed with notice. Checkout, taxes, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes are handled through the selected payment provider and published billing policy.
Trial and paid feature parity: The free 10-day trial provides the same features, routing capabilities, permission options, and tier access as paid access. Payment does not unlock additional functionality; it only continues access after the trial period. Customers should use the trial to test compatibility before purchasing and contact support if the trial does not work.
Customer responsibilities
You must use accounts, computers, files, networks, and services you are authorized to use. You are responsible for reviewing proposed and completed actions, maintaining backups, and configuring local approval and write policies appropriate to your risk.
Prohibited use
You may not use Answered by Steve to access another person's systems or data without authorization, bypass security controls, distribute malware, violate law, or interfere with Answered by Steve or other customers.
Local execution
Actions execute on the customer's computer under the permissions and policy configured there. Automated results may contain errors. Safety-critical, destructive, legal, medical, or financial decisions require independent review.
Availability
Routing may be interrupted by maintenance, internet, power, networking, identity-provider, AI-provider, or customer-computer failures. Early beta access does not include a service-level guarantee.
Termination
Customers may cancel their subscription and revoke registered computers. We may suspend routing for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
